We are looking for an operations staff member for a Thai restaurant. The role involves planning and organizing special events, including close cooperation with the head chef and kitchen staff in creating menus for events, as well as arranging the purchase of ingredients and goods in line with the approved budget and price control. The position also includes communication and negotiation with clients, suppliers, hotels, and travel agencies, as well as establishing and developing partnerships. A key requirement is proven knowledge of and experience with tourism and foreign cultures. A conversational level of English is required; knowledge of any additional language is an advantage.
